What does a debt settlement scrub cost?

There is no shelf price, because the number is built from the work: how many accounts run, how the check runs, and what has to come back. Four factors set it — and plans price those factors by volume.

The four factors

1 — Volume of accounts

The dominant factor. A first file of a few thousand accounts and a standing inventory in the millions are different operations, and the plan rate reflects that: as volume grows, the rate steps down with it, band by band. Volume is counted across the work — scrubbed accounts and monitored inventory together.

2 — One-time or monitored

A one-time scrub is a single check of a single inventory. Monitoring is the same inventory watched every month — and it is priced into the same volume plan rather than sold as a second product with a second meter. The choice changes the shape of the cost, and the two combine: monitoring vs. one-time scrub.

3 — Turnaround

Standard batch windows over SFTP are the baseline. Real-time API answers — a status returned inside a live workflow, at the moment of decision — are a different service level, and turnaround is priced as one.

4 — The data returned

Matches alone cost less than matches with the full read on the portfolio: hit rate, the enrolled vs. dropped split, the companies holding the accounts ranked by count, and — under monitoring — the month-over-month change reporting. Depth of answer is a factor, chosen per account.

The plans that carry it

Every plan is priced by volume. The difference between plans is the rate the volume earns.

Pay As You Go

For first portfolios and occasional scrubs. The standard plan rate, with no commitment and no minimums.

Volume

For steady monthly searching. As monthly volume grows, the rate steps down with it — automatically, band by band.

Enterprise

For portfolio scale and API-integrated workflows. The best rates, priority turnaround, and a dedicated contact.

The autopay break

Put a credit card on file and let invoices run on autopay, and every invoice takes an additional discount — applied automatically, for as long as the card arrangement stays in place. There are no platform fees and no minimums to start, on any plan. The full pricing model is on the pricing page.

Scrub cost — questions

How much does a debt settlement scrub cost?

It is set by four factors — the volume of accounts, one-time vs. monitored, turnaround, and the depth of data returned — and priced by volume on a plan. Rates are quoted per portfolio, because the right rate is the one the volume earns.

What is the biggest factor in scrub pricing?

Volume. It is the factor the plans are built on: as the number of accounts checked grows, the rate steps down, band by band.

Is there a per-hit charge?

No. There is no per-hit or per-account price list — plans are priced by volume, and the rate is quoted for the work as a whole.

Is monitoring priced separately?

No. Monitored inventory counts toward the same volume plan as scrubbing, under the same rate structure — no separate meter, and no surprises in a quiet month.

How does the autopay discount work?

Keep a credit card on file for autopay and an additional discount applies to every invoice automatically, for as long as the arrangement stays in place.
