Monitoring: your whole inventory, watched monthly.

Put your entire inventory on watch. Load it once, through the secured channel — after that, there is nothing to resubmit. Every month we check all of it against the network and send back what changed.

How it works

1

Load the inventory once

Your entire inventory, through the secured channel — it comes in with your initial full scrub and is listed on the watch. Hashed on arrival and held as hashes; raw values are never stored.

2

We check it monthly

Every account, every month, against the network, refreshed as often as daily. New enrollments and drop-outs surface as they happen.

3

You get the changes

A change report lands each month — new enrollments and drop-outs, ready to work.

Monthly change report — example
Newly enrolled: 3 accounts
Matched account ····2210 — Sample Settlement Co.
Matched account ····8455 — Sample Settlement Co.
Matched account ····6119 — Sample Settlement Co.
Dropped out: 2 accounts
Matched account ····3402 — dropped Sep 2026
Matched account ····7781 — dropped Oct 2026
Workable again — back to your team fast.

Illustrative example — not real records. Every report carries its “as of” date.

Why monitoring wins

  • Enrollment changes monthly — a one-time scrub goes stale; a watch does not
  • Dropped accounts are workable again the day they drop — monitoring catches that moment
  • Nothing to resubmit, reformat, or remember — the watch runs until you stop it

The monthly analysis

  • New enrollments and drop-outs, month over month
  • Enrolled vs. dropped split across the whole inventory
  • The companies holding your accounts, ranked by count
  • Every figure dated “as of” the current refresh
One plan covers the watch.

Monitoring — questions

How often is my inventory checked?

Monthly, against a network refreshed as often as daily. Each cycle produces a change report — you don’t have to ask, and you don’t have to resubmit anything.

What’s in the change report?

Two things: accounts that newly enrolled (with the debt settlement company named) and accounts that dropped out (with the date they left the program) — plus the analysis roll-up: hit rate, the enrolled vs. dropped split, and the companies holding your accounts, ranked.

How do new accounts join the watch?

Scrub new placements as they arrive — weekly is the usual rhythm — and they’re added to the monitored inventory automatically.
